使用 SweetFX 無法開啟 Guild War 2

使用 SweetFX 之後啟用了遊戲，在啟動器之後就會自動關閉

看了 log.log 是有這行訊息

D3DXCreateEffectFromFile failed

 網路上也查不到資訊


另外一台則是出現 d3dx9_43.dll missing
