原本只是想買 4000gem，使用 paypal 出現了下面錯誤

想說可能出問題吧，網路找一下資訊

也不是說買不起 12000gem，但是這樣買非本意加上這樣買三次多扣手續費而已
況且 12000gem 以只買特價品來說可能要用一年半以上沒意義啦，就參照巴哈的文章方式，簡單翻譯以及複製上面兩篇的字串
發了一封 Request received: refund duplicated buy gem

收到信用卡帳單，雖然退款了，每筆一樣被收 20 手續費，被這個錯誤浪費 $40
